About Us
Our Purpose
Villa Estate Management is a full-service management company that oversees the monthly scheduled maintenance, current work orders and various other repairs of your estate. We coordinate the monthly maintenance either with our licensed and insured subcontractors and/or we will work with your current team. Our primary goal is to ease your mind and take care of the issues that arise with a home, giving you the freedom to work, travel and relax. Our experienced associates will monitor the property monthly, assess possible issues and determine the best course of action to address and repair the problem.
Our Process
To ensure problems don’t arise, we familiarize ourselves with your estate completely. Part of our service is our monthly site visit, where we inspect your entire property through our 375-point checklist. We assess possible issues, determine what needs immediate attention, and make repairs toward maintaining the high standards of your home on a consistent basis.
The upkeep of a large estate can be daunting and often overwhelming. Thanks to the experience and professionalism of our staff, you can leave your worries behind and allow us to take care of everything; we will watch over your home like it's ours. We provide monthly updates on the status of your home, detailing possible issues and recommended repairs. Once approved, we coordinate and dispatch our reputable contracted service technicians to fix the problem, and we handle all communication, appointment scheduling, and payments to vendors.
Our Promise
Villa Estate Management offers various options for managing your property based on the size and your personal needs. As a part of our monthly maintenance program, we can be available for additional site inspections, vendor supervision, onsite meetings with contractors, meet-and-greet services, property supervision while you are away, mail and package retrieval, and more.
